Hi, I’m a fat person but I am also fit. Maybe not from truly fit person’s standards though. Like most overweight people I have done my fair share of exercise. I actually like to exercise and I also like a wide variety of workouts. I have been thinking about doing this blog for a long time now. I want to talk about workouts from an overweight point of view.
